BIOGRAPHY OVERVIEW

Cynthia Balderas is a recent USC alumna. She received her B.A. in Public Relations with an emphasis in Spanish and the Entertainment Industry in May 2013. Cynthia is a rising entertainment publicist with experience in television, film, digital media and entrepreneurship/start-ups. Read more about Cynthia.

In her four years at USC, Cynthia has been actively involved on campus, has held various jobs and has many internships under her belt.

Cynthia also has a passion for story telling. When she first started at USC, she pursued broadcast journalism. Her first year at USC she worked at the award-winning news station, Annenberg TV News (ATVN). There she published various pieces ranging from the education system, Prop 19 and President Obama’s visit to USC. Cynthia continued her work as a journalist at Neon Tommy, holding the Associate News Editor position. She eventually decided to intern at KABC-TV’s entertainment site and show, OnTheRedCarpet.com (OTRC).
